INFORMATION: All information provided by the auction company is obtained from sources deemed reliable, but is not warranted. Bidders should perform such independent due diligence as is necessary or appropriate.

TYPE OF AUCTION: All property is sold as an Open Public Auction in “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition with good marketable title clear of all liens or encumbrances. No guarantees are expressed or implied by Sutherland Auction.com, LLC and any and all errors in description does not relieve the buyer or his agent of their responsibilities. Any dispute amoung bidders will be settled by the auctioneer at their sole discretion and the decision and remedy will be final. 

INSPECTION: Potential buyers should inspect to their satisfaction before bidding. Buyers assume full responatility for all items purchased when the auctioneer declares it sold. Auction company is not responsible for security or the security of the items purchased. All items will be removed at buyers expense.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

BUYER PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the price.

PAYMENT: Cash, Check with ID, Visa, & Master Card. Full settlement is due on day of auction before leaving auction site.

SALES TAX: All purchases will be charged sales tax unless the buyer can show a Tax Exempt Certificate with number for our records. Tax # _________________________

ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made on day of sale take precedence over printed material.

SUTHERLAND AUCTION.COM, LLC is not responsible for accidents or losses incurred by attendants at the auction site.
